Description
Interactive data session.

Bytes-Per-Sec is the number of bytes should be used per second.
Set manually or use the slider.

To give a smoother appearance the time and volume "tickers" are increased independently of the charging requests.
Reaching Validity-Time, Volume-Quota-Threshold or Granted-Service-Units will trigger an intermediate interrogation or session termination.
When the final report is sent the volume ticker will be set to the actual rated amount so it may take a jump back in certain situations.

Note on Spending Limit Control
OCS (SDP) will only send a policy update when an existing counter changes status.
To get new counters both OCS and PCRF must be provisioned and to simulate this the update button is used in the simulator.
This will send a request to SDP and all counters (new+existing) will be returned.
